Subscription Terms, Auto-Renewal Disclosure & Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIBING. This document contains legally binding auto-renewal disclosures required by US federal and state laws, EU consumer law, and mobile platform guidelines. By subscribing, you expressly agree to these terms.

1. Overview of Subscription Plans

ConMigo offers the following paid subscription plans. All prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable platform fees charged by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Lifetime plans are non-recurring one-time purchases, not subscriptions. All auto-renewal disclosures in this document apply only to Monthly and Annual plans.

2. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

For all annual subscription plans, ConMigo will send a reminder email to the email address associated with your account at least 7 calendar days before your annual renewal date. This email will include:

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel — Multiple Methods Available

You may cancel your ConMigo subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals — you retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

5.1 Platform-Managed Refunds

All subscription purchases made through ConMigo are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are primarily handled by these platforms, not by ConMigo directly.

5.2 Developer Refunds (ConMigo Direct)

ConMigo will consider direct refund requests in specific circumstances. Requests should be sent to contact@learnconmigo.app within the timeframes specified below:

5.3 EU Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

REQUIRED DISCLOSURE FOR EU/EEA/UK USERS — EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2023/2673)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this subscription contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason ('cooling-off period').

Exception: If you request that the service begins immediately (i.e. you begin using ConMigo's paid features before the 14-day cooling-off period expires), you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent the service has been performed. If you have used paid features, your refund will be proportional to the unused portion of the service. If you purchased a subscription and have not used any paid features within the 14-day window, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

How to exercise your EU withdrawal right: Contact us at contact@learnconmigo.app within 14 days of purchase with the subject 'EU Right of Withdrawal Request'. Alternatively, you may use the 'Cancel and Request Refund' option in your ConMigo in-app account settings, which is available for 14 days after your initial subscription purchase.

6. Post-Purchase Confirmation

Within 24 hours of every subscription purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address containing the name and price of the plan, purchase date, next renewal date and amount, and direct instructions for cancellation.

7. Price Changes

ConMigo may change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, giving you the option to cancel before the new price applies.
