Submission Instructions
You may submit this withdrawal request in any of the following ways:
- Email: Send a completed copy of this form (or the equivalent information) to contact@learnconmigo.app with the subject line 'EU Right of Withdrawal Request'.
- In-App: Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing, and tap 'Cancel and Request Refund (EU Right of Withdrawal)' (available for 14 days after purchase).
- Post: Send a signed physical copy of this form to: Stark Husky Platforms, David, Chiriqui Province, Republic of Panama.
What Happens After Submission
- We will acknowledge your withdrawal request within 2 business days by email.
- We will assess your refund entitlement based on service usage:
- If you have NOT used any paid features: full refund within 14 calendar days.
- If you HAVE used paid features: a proportional refund calculated as (unused days / total days in billing period) x plan price, issued within 14 calendar days.
- Refunds are initiated through the payment method used for the original purchase (App Store / Google Play).
- Your premium access will be terminated upon processing of the withdrawal.
