Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. To cancel: on iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > ConMigo > Cancel. On Android, go to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > ConMigo > Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you continue to have trouble, contact contact@learnconmigo.app.
Go to Settings inside the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated learning data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you need assistance, contact contact@learnconmigo.app and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
No — this is the Repaso Engine working as designed. If your error rate across the five lessons in a unit exceeded 30%, ConMigo generates a personalized review lesson before letting you advance. Complete the Repaso lesson with a passing score and you will unlock the next unit. This system exists to make sure you actually learn Spanish, not just progress through screens.
Yes — we offer free institutional pilot programs for universities and language schools. Your students get full Pro access, and you get a progress dashboard showing each student's unit completion and knowledge gaps. Contact us at contact@learnconmigo.app with the subject line "University Pilot" and we'll respond within 2 business days.
ConMigo is available worldwide on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app is currently in English (interface) with Spanish as the learning language. We are working on additional interface language support.
